here we are.

not running the marathon this year

but cheering for all of the crazy people who are

the best athletic supporters around.

sweet ben's cookies

one of ben's friends had a rough week

his grandma is sick and not doing well

and one of his aunts passed away

ben makes the best chocolate chip cookies

and decided that he would try to add something good to his friend's day

by bringing him a bucket of them

he found the perfect bucket in our cupboard

and did a little personalizing

this week was homecoming at BHS

my favorite spirit day was hawaiian day ...

we all went to the game on friday night

and watched drew walk in the parade for golf team beforehand

* i would've taken better pictures 

but we couldn't keep up with all of the candy they were throwing ...

priorities ... *

our last jaunt

with alex being in 5th grade

today was our last jefferson jaunt

we had a GORGEOUS day to be out jaunting!!

usually when we come home

chewy is in the same spot

up on the back of the couch

watching out the front window

BUT ...

every now and then he plays a little hide n seek with us

or simply changes his view

who wants to go to target?

we're really fun to shop with ...

the packers may not have pulled out a win
BUT

stacey and i went for a run

and we got more comments than ever before

at least our run was interesting ;)

pokemon adventures

no school

no work

nice weather

an open weekend

a perfect opportunity to go catch some pokemon

at rice park

the place was hopping with blake shelton fans, octoberfest AND pokemon

another night

well spent
