BUT ...
over the weekend a new family moved into our neighborhood
and their little boy, jack, has provided a PERFECT distraction for alex
they first met on saturday
and they hung out for a while tonight -
with the highlight being catching one of the MANY frogs we have in our yard
by the end of the night
they had grand plans for a future sleepover
and were smiling from ear to ear
i may barely know you, jack ...
but when i first met you -you walked up with your DS and pokemon game -
and you made me smile because you couldn't have been a more perfect match for the boys around here
