these boys have grown up going to the cabin each summer
starting when drew was much smaller
than he is now ;)
through the years they have fished, boated, 4-wheeled ...
and lived the perfect 'boys life'
for at least one weekend each summer
it's hard to believe that they're now so old
and that this may have been our last summer there
because the cabin is being sold
we have been SO lucky to have such a fun place to visit.
it has been a place to slow down when busy-ness surrounds us
and it has been a place in the middle of nowhere -
that these suburbanite boys can go and just be boys
we will miss it
but i love that i still have memories of going up there as a kid
and that now my boys have made some memories of their own
that's something that will never go away
