rain rain go away ... or don't

our afternoon 'break' consisted of the boys swimming

although it was a bit chilly

and they were the only ones who thought that was a good idea

while stacey and i took a walk to epcot to get an afternoon pick me up

AND a snack that i had been eyeing up on instagram before our trip even began ...

an epcot 35th anniversary cupcake

just as we got to starbucks it started pouring

this meant that by the time we got back we were slightly soaked

BUT ... that didn't slow us down

the storms kept rolling thru periodically

but they didn't slow many people down either -

epcot was still hoppin

drew grabbed the snack he had been waiting for

we caught a little kenny G in concert

and then decided we had enough of epcot and made our way to magic kingdom

the rain had a much different effect there ... 

buzz lightyear was empty

we rode a few times and guess who BOTH got galactic hero status on the same ride!!

keepin' your planet safe, people ...

this was our favorite night at magic kingdom -

the latest night they were open while we were there

we got in as many rides as we could

making sure to hit our favorites

and we even saw an armadillo along the way

another successful night of shutting the parks down ...
