on thursday the boys and i (and drew's friend) drove to WI
my dad got us tickets to see magic treehouse: the musical
drew LOVES magic treehouse books and he has gotten ben excited about the books as well
so we knew it was a show they would love!
with my parents being 3 hours away ...
i pulled them out of school early on thursday and let them miss school on friday
drew and ben were SO excited!
i'm not sure if it was more for the musical or to show their friend around 'grandma's house'.
but either way ... the musical was good ... and they had a TON of fun.

on a side note - i am completely amazed at how well they cast these things.
the "girl" looked about 20 - but had the voice of about a 6 year old!!
