a little corny - take 2

you might remember that last year around this time
we took a corny little adventure.
well ...
we had SO much fun and have been anxiously waiting
for a weekend to free up so that we could get a little corny this year too ;)

FINALLY ... today came!

the boys were SO anxious for the corn pit!
so ...
that's the first stop that we made
and we made sure they had more than enough time to try every trick they could think of

we played for QUITE a while,
then cheered on lindsay loham and britney squeals in the pig races,
worked our way through the viking themed corn maze,

stopped for some fun at the hay maze ...

took a few corn cannon shots ...
and ben got a field goal!!

and then hit up MY favorite area ...
THE ROASTED CORN ...
mmmm ;)



drew was mad that he has braces
and that we ACTUALLY had the nerve to eat corn on the cob
in front of him ...
it's tough being 9 1/2 sometimes ;)

we ended the day with ALL OF US back in the corn pit

and i'll end your day with my gift to you ...
when visiting a corn pit -
if you choose anything but thongs or boxers
you've made the WRONG choice ;)
