about a week ago the 2nd graders took a spelling test to determine
who would compete in this year's spelling bee
AND
alex was 1 of 12 that scored high enough to compete
he did a great job and made it to the final 3
unfortunately he added an e to the word coming
and his run ended there
BUT
he did a great job and was among a good group of spellers!
