this spring ben decided not to do baseball
he decided basketball is what he loves
and that he wanted to do spring basketball instead
SO ...
he is on a minnesota heat team
and this weekend was their first tournament
although they lost every game
it has been fun to watch ben
play with a different group of boys
it changes the dynamic
and
it is fun to see him with different coaches as well
in one of the games he went to take a half court buzzer beater shot
and got fouled ... HA
that led to this ...
three shots ...
all alone.
better odds than the buzzer beater ... we'll take it ;)
so far my only complaint
is that being inside a gym
when it is 80 degrees and sunny
is going to seriously affect my tan ...
BUT ...
it's worth it
to watch him do something he loves so much.
