today i got to experience some of my favorite things. i was able to:
*walk around barefoot outside
*wear my tevas everywhere i went
*run errands with the kids -- NO COATS NEEDED!
*enjoy fresh air from open windows
*drive with the windows down
*sit outside and talk with the neighbors and not feel like i would rather rush inside to escape the cold.
and most importantly -- i got to just hang out with the boys!
we are ALL anxious for summer!

today i remembered the one and only downside of tevas...it's dangerous to wear them around little kids who have shoes on. ouch!
