the drive

just as they did last year ...
this weekend my dad and stacey played in the member/guest golf tournament

they played a LOT of golf in a 3 day span
and even made it to the championship round!

way to go, guys!

stacey was nervous as ever about so many people watching him in the championship ...
but he survived
and will forever go down in WCC history as 'the drive'
for details you'll have to ask him ;)
i'm proud of you, babe!

we ended the weekend with the final dinner ...

lots of laughs with family ...

and some quick catch up with some long time friends ...

jen and i have a friendship that goes waaaaay back to grade school ;)
she was one of my closest friends throughout a lot of school -
and now we get to see each other
and catch up
a few times each year because of silly things
like golf tournaments,
the fact that she married my 3rd cousin,
AND
then moved 2 houses down from my mom.
it's funny how things work out ;)
