friday night was blaine's homecoming game!
they played park center and won 62-21
ALTHOUGH ...
none of my kids would have known that
based on the fact that they kept VERY busy doing other things
drew was with his teammates and some of their favorite 5th grade girls for most of the game
alex spent most of his time wanting to be a big kid -
thankfully they let him go with them a few times

ben and spencer found $18 laying on the ground
and spent their time spending money ;)
and us ...
we sat with some friends
and spent our time partially watching the game
and partially listening to bits and pieces of the craziness that the 5th graders brought up with them
each time they came to
WAY TO GO BENGALS!
we had a fun night
we watched a fun game
and
the best part?!
we now own three fun pairs of glasses that we really didn't need
but apparently now cannot live without
