my brilliant idea

when the new ball bin came in to school

i got an instant idea of a new discipline plan idea

our custodian took us for a ride around the school

and we gave a few teachers and the principal a laugh

i'm lucky they let me out ;)

the suite life

one of the perks to being on the basketball board

there aren't many

is getting invited by the timberwolves to a game

this year we were invited to come tour their new office space and practice facility

before going to the game

check out all those TV's ...

that's my kind of work environment!

earlier in the day

we had planned for ben to go to the game with a friend

we figured that we would be there

and they could just meet up with us after

WELL ...

they got lucky and we had a few board members unable to show up

devin and ben were offered the passes

they joined us on the tour

and were able to join us in the suite as well!

ben was excited because the t-wolves were playing the clippers

it was probably good he had taken off his clippers sweatshirt before coming tho,

given the tour and the suite ;)

at halftime we were surprised

with a performance by bell biv devoe

we took it back to the 90's and ben actually knew one song ;)

someone pinch me

easter * 2016

my kind of party

we got back from hawaii and left the next morning for wausau

we had a free marriott night to use

and figured that with the 5 hour time difference between hawaii and WI

it might be smart to use it

it also gave us a big space to have a pizza dinner

and the chance to swim

after my mom, bekah and her boys left

hannah and bobby wanted to run an errand

so i told them to leave the kids

THEN stacey went to run an errand for me

me ... 6 kids ... a hotel ...

no big deal.

miss adalyn and i hung out while the older kids swam

and then we moved the party up to the room

i even got her to sleep

we rock at this, stacey ...

we should just have one more ...

you even got her to sleep!

the journey home

tired ...

but hearts VERY full

we even got a bonus hour at SFO because of a broken lightbulb

we have 3 very good travelers ...

who i am SO thankful for
